Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at GrabiShop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item from GrabiShop.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You can return or exchange most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.  
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items purchased at a discount or marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Reasons for Return or Exchange:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You are simply not satisfied with your purchase (within the 30-day window).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact GrabiShop customer support by email at support@grabishop.com or by phone at +1 (859) 919 1826. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the RMA number clearly marked.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (typically 5-7 business days).  
  • Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above.
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will ship out the replacement item to you.  

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased at a discount or marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are not in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

Time Limits:

  • You must contact GrabiShop customer support within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to GrabiShop within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
